We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring Music Teacher to join our dedicated arts team. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of musical achievement and creativity within our school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Music lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
• Develop and implement a curriculum that stretches and challenges all students.
• Lead and develop musical ensembles and performance opportunities.
• Encourage students to achieve their full musical potential through rigorous teaching and high expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote the importance of music within the school.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Music or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching Music at secondary level.
• Strong musical performance skills and a deep understanding of musical theory.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• A passion for driving musical standards and inspiring excellence.
