Year 1 Teacher – Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge Year 1 pupils.

- Encourage children to develop independence and critical thinking skills.

Year 1 Teacher – Person Specification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, particularly Year 1, is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate learning and meet the needs of diverse learners.
