Location: Ealing Role: Business Studies Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Business Studies lessons across Key Stage 4 (and potentially KS5), with a focus on entrepreneurial skills.
• Inspire students to develop a deep understanding of business concepts, theories, and practices, emphasizing innovation and enterprise within Business Studies.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Business Studies curriculum, incorporating real-world case studies and entrepreneurial activities.
• Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Business Studies, with a focus on their ability to apply business principles to entrepreneurial ventures.
• Potentially contribute to extracurricular Business Studies clubs or enterprise competitions, providing practical experience in Business Studies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Business Studies.
• Degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field, with knowledge of entrepreneurial principles.
• Proven experience teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 4 (experience at KS5 advantageous), with a demonstrated interest in fostering entrepreneurship.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the world of Business Studies and enterprise.
