This is a full-time, permanent role starting in September, teaching Psychology at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5. Psychology Teacher – The Role

• Position: Psychology Teacher

• Contract: Full-time, Permanent
• Teaching: Psychology to KS4 and KS5
• Salary: MPS1 – UPS3 (Dependent on experience)

As a Psychology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons to GCSE and A-Level students, fostering critical thinking, and supporting academic success. You will also play a key role in curriculum planning and departmental enrichment activities.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Psychology or a closely related subject
• PGCE and QTS
• Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5 (including placements)
• A passion for Psychology and a dedication to student achievement
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

Salary

The salary for this Psychology Teacher role will be paid to scale on a permanent contract (MPS/UPS).
