Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inspirational leadership for the Geography department.
• Develop a curriculum that promotes critical thinking and a global perspective.
• Support and mentor Geography teachers to enhance their practice.
• Organize and lead impactful fieldwork experiences.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of the Geography curriculum on student learning.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Geography or a related field.
• Significant experience teaching Geography at secondary level, including A-Level.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of current geographical issues and their relevance to young people.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
