Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Geography or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience teaching Geography at secondary level, including A-Level.
• Proven success in leading and managing a team or significant departmental initiatives.
• Strong understanding of current pedagogical approaches in Geography.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
