You will be responsible for creating a positive and supportive learning environment where all students can achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the academic progress, behaviour, and attendance of a designated year group.
- Develop and implement strategies to support student achievement and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with subject teachers, SENCO, and other support staff.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress and welfare.
- Lead and support a team of form tutors in their work with students.
- Contribute to the school's commitment to safeguarding and pastoral care.
