A well-regarded Independent co-educational school in Hillingdon requires an enthusiastic and well-informed Geography Teacher to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 with the diversity of our planet. This is an excellent opportunity for a Geography Teacher who is passionate about their subject. The successful Geography Teacher will join a supportive Humanities department. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Geography lessons covering both physical and human geography across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Prepare students effectively for GCSE Geography examinations, ensuring a strong understanding of key geographical concepts.
- Foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking about global issues and sustainability within Geography.
- Assess and monitor student progress in Geography, providing clear and constructive feedback to support their learning in Geography.
- Contribute to the development of geography resources and potentially fieldwork opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Geography.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of making geography relevant and engaging for students.
