Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Design & Technology Teacher lessons focusing on Product Design at Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Develop students' skills in design processes, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
• Assess and monitor student progress in Design & Technology, providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning.
• Contribute to the development of the Design & Technology curriculum, with a focus on Product Design.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Design & Technology.
• Demonstrated experience teaching Design & Technology with a focus on Product Design at Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Strong practical skills in product design and knowledge of relevant materials and processes.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of inspiring creativity and problem-solving in students.
