Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and thought-provoking Physics lessons primarily to A-Level students.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to support high achievement in A-Level Physics.
• Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity and independent inquiry in advanced Physics students.
• Contribute to the assessment and feedback processes for KS5 Physics.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and challenging Science curriculum.
• Engage with current research and advancements in Physics to enrich teaching.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Physics or a closely related field.
• Experience teaching Physics at A-Level (or strong potential as an ECT with a strong Physics background and a desire to specialize in KS5).
• A strong understanding of advanced Physics concepts and pedagogical approaches for A-Level.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate high-achieving students.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.
