Exciting opportunity for a Maths Teacher in Hackney with potential for TLR responsibilities!

Our dynamic school in Hackney is looking for a motivated and innovative Maths Teacher to join our dedicated team. This role offers the chance to grow professionally and potentially take on a TLR, contributing to the leadership and development of the Maths department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
  • Support students of all abilities to achieve their full potential in Maths.
  • Contribute to the collaborative work of the Maths department.
  • Opportunities for a TLR for candidates who show initiative and a desire to lead in specific areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Degree in Mathematics or a related subject.

  • A strong commitment to student progress and achievement.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • An interest in taking on additional responsibilities and leadership (for TLR consideration).
