Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and promote strategies to enhance student engagement and enjoyment in Maths.
• Lead initiatives to raise the profile of Maths within the school community.
• Support teachers in creating engaging and relevant Maths lessons.
• Encourage the use of innovative resources and technologies to enhance learning.
• Lead extracurricular activities and competitions related to Maths.
• Work with students to develop their problem-solving skills and mathematical confidence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Mathematics or a closely related field.
• A proven ability to engage and motivate students in Maths.
• Experience in developing and leading initiatives to promote Maths.
• Creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
