Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science Teacher lessons with a focus on Physics across Key Stages 3 to 5.
• Prepare students effectively for GCSE and A-Level Science (Physics) examinations.
• Foster a stimulating and inquiry-based learning environment for scientific exploration.
• Assess and monitor student progress in Science (Physics), providing clear and constructive feedback to support their understanding.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Physics or Science with a strong Physics background.
• Demonstrated experience teaching Science at the secondary level (Key Stages 3 & 4), with A-Level Physics experience being advantageous.
• A strong and comprehensive knowledge of physical principles and effective teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex scientific ideas clearly and engagingly to students of all levels.
