Role Responsibilities:

• Teach Psychology at KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (A-Level), delivering dynamic and engaging lessons to foster a passion for the subject.
• Support students in their academic progress and exam preparation, offering tailored guidance and feedback.
• Contribute to the development of the Psychology department, helping shape curriculum delivery and teaching strategies.
• Take on a TLR responsibility, leading projects or initiatives that enhance student learning and outcomes in the Psychology department.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and support student well-being within the school community.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Psychology or a related field.
• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5 (A-Level).
